These terms set the practical buying rules for RimBrakeWheels.com. They are written for an international, China-shipped wheelset store where compatibility, safe installation, customs, and return approval matter.
Product pages describe the wheel type, rim depth, finish, price, shipping model, and basic fit notes. Photos, names, and specifications may be representative while options are being finalized. The order confirmation and final product page control the specific item purchased.
Before ordering, you are responsible for checking brake type, frame clearance, brake caliper clearance, tire size, cassette compatibility, freehub body, rim width, valve length, and axle setup. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Wheelsets should be installed, checked, and maintained by a competent bicycle mechanic. Use brake pads suitable for carbon rim brake surfaces, inspect spoke tension and braking surfaces regularly, and stop riding if you notice damage, noise, rubbing, heat damage, or abnormal behavior.
Orders are subject to stock, production batch availability, payment confirmation, and shipping feasibility. We may contact you to confirm details or cancel and refund an order if an item cannot be fulfilled.
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment methods are displayed at checkout. A payment attempt does not guarantee order acceptance until the order is confirmed and processing begins.
Orders ship from China unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, customs inspection delays, or local taxes are the buyer responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Return and warranty requests must be approved before items are sent back. Eligibility depends on product condition, inspection results, photos, order records, installation status, and whether the issue is a verified manufacturing or fulfillment problem.
RimBrakeWheels.com is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect installation, incompatible bike setup, unsafe riding, crash damage, unauthorized modification, customs charges, carrier delays, or use outside normal road-bike conditions.
