Inspect before installation
Check the rim, brake track, spokes, hubs, freehub, and packaging before mounting tires or cassette. Save photos if anything looks wrong.
Do not ride a wheelset that appears damaged or incorrect. Contact support first.
Warranty boundaries
Warranty normally focuses on verified manufacturing or material issues. It does not usually cover crash damage, normal wear, misuse, incorrect installation, or incompatible setup.
Brake-track care matters on carbon rim brake wheels. Use suitable pads and inspect regularly.
Returns and refunds
Unused, uninstalled products may be eligible for return under the policy, but approval is required before sending anything back.
Installed or ridden items are harder to return for compatibility reasons, so check fit before ordering and inspect immediately after delivery.
