Warranty, returns, and refunds
We follow the same practical structure used by many bicycle wheel brands: inspect the item before installation, contact us before sending anything back, and keep photos, packaging, and order details ready for support.
Warranty support applies to verified manufacturing or material defects on eligible wheelsets purchased from RimBrakeWheels.com. It does not cover normal wear, brake-track wear from use, impact damage, crashes, incorrect installation, misuse, modification, poor maintenance, or use outside normal road-bike conditions.
Check the rim, spokes, hubs, freehub, brake surface, and package contents before installing tires, cassette, brake pads, or rim tape. If anything looks wrong, stop and contact us with clear photos before riding or modifying the wheelset.
Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The wheelset must be clean, unridden, complete, and packed in its original protective packaging with all included parts.
Contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without approval, without order identification, or to the wrong address may be refused or delayed. We may ask for photos, video, measurement details, and a short description before confirming the next step.
If the package arrives damaged or the item is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the outer carton, inner packaging, shipping label, wheelset, and any visible issue so we can review it with the carrier or factory.
After an approved return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Bank, card, PayPal, or payment-provider processing time can add extra days after we issue the refund.
Return shipping, import duties, customs charges, payment processing costs, and original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by a verified mistake or verified product issue on our side.
Rim brake wheel fit depends on frame clearance, brake calipers, tire size, cassette, freehub body, and setup. Fit questions should be checked before ordering. Installed or ridden products usually cannot be returned for compatibility reasons.
